I had a conversation today with a Realtor who is new to our brokerage. We have both been qualified to teach First Time Home Buyer classes. I offered to get together with her and give her the materials that I am using and also offered to let her come and watch our next class so she could see what we are doing in hopes that it will make her first class easier. Her response to me was.......You would do that for me??? I said of course, why wouldn't I. She replied no other agent at any other company she had worked for would do that. THAT is the difference between our company (GREAT) and other Real Estate companies (good). We all help each other. We are small for a reason and you will never have to worry about someone stealing anything from you (well maybe a pen...:-) Integrity and honesty are what this company is built on. I appreciate that the office meetings focus a lot on the current market conditions and specific trends. We not only review current statistics that help us be better agents, but we also discuss what these numbers mean to our clients and to us. Our meetings are about disseminating useful, professional information to help us do our jobs better. Our meetings are also more personalized that I’ve ever experienced. If we discuss a topic and decide we all would like to learn more, frequently, Scott & Sam will line up a professional in that area (home inspector, lender, RMLS trainer, etc) to come address the group on that topic and get all of our questions answered.
