Scott and Sam Mikel have created such a desirable environment, for both customers and their agents. They take time to recognize and celebrate us as individuals, as an example…our personalized one-on-one’s with the broker, yet promoting a friendly and encouraging professional atmosphere. But, don’t get me wrong we definitely know how to joke, play and have fun around here!
Of course, our broker is concerned with production, duh…what broker isn’t???!! But he also truly cares about us, intellectually, spiritually, etc. I am always amazed at the amount of knowledge that both Scott and Sam have acquired and their willingness to share.
My momma raised me to mean what you say and say what you mean, in other words, have and display integrity. I am personally impressed by the level of integrity displayed by everyone here.

"When I first started my real estate career 11 years ago my needs were pretty basic…where could I get training. After a year I realized there were a multitude of other reasons to select a company/broker and I made my first informed choice selecting a company that complimented my business ethics and gave me credibility through name recognition. After I became more established as an agent it changed into a desire to work with the elite of Vancouver. 1. Commuting to the office 30 minutes each way over one year cost me six 40 hour work weeks! Now I work from home and all that saved time is well spent with my family. AND, my commission cap is adjusted accordingly!
2. Networking at office meetings keeps me involved with the heart of the business, BUT, there are times that attending is impossible. Now I can attend a “virtual” format without missing a word or costing me a fee.
3. Transaction coordinators are a huge time saver for a busy agent but it comes with a comparable price tag. I have access to very sophisticated transaction software that is FREE for me or my staff.
4. Paper, paper, paper is work. Very soon we’ll be paper less. I will be able to complete a transaction, store all the records, burn a CD for my client all without storing one single sheet of paper.
5. I have a web site for me with immediate access to the information I need now. Hunting through my desktop for the icon to RMLS, Clark County GIS, etc., is time consuming. Now it’s one click direct from our virtual website for over 20 prime sites including Google Maps, Inman News, DOL, Home Warranties, Board of Realtors and yes even Craig’s List. Plus I can customize the links that I use. And that’s just a fraction of its capabilities. Did I mention this is free?
Now even with all this in place it’s only the “desktop” so to speak. What really counts, especially with the current tone of real estate, is what Scott Mikel brings to the table.
