Does Size Really Matter?  Really?

Many of the national franchises think so!  I thought so too at one time, until I looked at the cost/benefit.

I did a client source anylisis and found that my customers really came to me because of who I was and the work I had done for them in the past.

Large national companies have their place in the industry, but their survival relies on numbers.  Because of this, quality of the transaction is considered less and production volume becomes more important.

Big fancy offices require huge amounts of cash flow to stay afloat.

A virtual model is really what most agents are doing anyway  they just pay fees to support that which they seldom use. (Office, lunch room, front desk, etc.)
